Here is some of the most common questions I get asked.
How Do I Place An Order?
Interested in purchasing a made to order printed tote bag or travel mug featuring my designs? Simply get in touch with the product you would like, along with your full name, home address and email address (your home address is needed to ensure I send you a product link in the correct local currency of the country you are based in) and if it's still available I will send you the direct link via email within 1-3 days to where you can purchase the chosen product securely on my store via my trusted manufacturers website. I make these products with the help from my manufacturer who is based in London UK and will handle all orders placed and will ensure all products are made to a professional standard. Please ensure your name, home address and email address you submit to me matches the same details you provide to my manufacturer when placing your order.
Direct links are only available to you for up to 24 hours from the date of email sent with link attached, if you want to purchase the product, please do so within this time frame. after 24 hours has passed the listing page where the product is located will be placed in private mode or deleted and the link will not direct to the product.
All order enquiries are handled individually and if I am currently working with a customer at the time of your enquiry, I will notify you via email when I am free to take your request.

Do You Ship Outside Of The UK?
Yes! Products can be shipped to the following countries: UK (including Wales and Scotland), USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Please Note: Unfortunately I cannot ship to Northern Ireland or Europe due to GPSR rules of 2024.

Do You Accept Returns?
Due to the custom made to order nature of my products, no returns or refunds accepted unless faulty. Products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a product is faulty, you will be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund via my manufacturer, please get in touch with them as soon as possible and within 14 working days providing your order number and photo proof.
ABOUT
My name is Sharon Godwin, a British nature and wildlife surface pattern designer and illustrator from Kent, England. My love for drawing and designing is apparent since a young age and has been ever since. Growing up surrounded within the beautiful natural landscapes of woodlands, farmland and sandy beaches, I am fascinated by the natural world and the wildlife within, I take lots photos for inspiration when I'm out and about and with the ability to draw from my own creative imagination I am able to create unique designs that are decorative and rich in detail and I love the freedom of expression. All my designs are created by hand within my sketchbooks before scanning to add colours and saving them into a digital format ready for print production. I would love to one day run my own little animal sanctuary to provide safety to some animals and to give them the best life that they deserve by using my art skills to help this dream come to fruition.
