Artworks are created in the artists own style and interpretation of the subject matter. By requesting an art commission, the artist has full creative freedom to express the buyers ideas on paper to the best of their ability and to provide the buyer with an outcome that will hopefully be of satisfactory.
STYLE: Whimsical Fantasy / Surrealism / Minimalism / Decorative.
CAN DO: Wild Animals, Aquatic Animals/Sealife/Nautical, Botanical/Garden, Forests/Woodlands, Lakes/Rivers, Mountains, Mythical or Pre-Historic Creatures, Log Cabins, Wooden Sheds, Tree Houses, Bird Houses.
WILL NOT DO: Fan Art, Portraits (people or pets), Photorealistic, Draw From Photographs, Draw An Existing Design, Drawing Not In The Artists Own Style, Horror Or Dark Art, Offensive Inappropriate Content or Coloured Artworks.

COMMISSION FORM AND TERMS
(1) REQUESTING A COMMISSION: The buyer must fill in all required details on the commission form. Please provide as much detail as possible in a clear and concise manner when filling in the contact form for the artist to clearly understand what is required to write up a commission contract for the buyer to sign. Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of information they provide to the artist upon submitting the contact form. Please do not provide any financial details, as it is not needed at this stage to complete the contact form. The artist has the right to either accept or decline any commission request that comes through. A commission request maybe declined if the artist is busy, feels uncomfortable with the request, is too complicated or for whatever reason the artist feels unable to fulfill the buyers request.
(2) CONFIRMATION: A confirmation email will be sent shortly to the buyer if their commission has been accepted and will be given a start date and provided with a PayPal invoice to make first payment (artist works through commissions in the order of the waiting list). Once the buyer has emailed the artist to confirm the start date and payment has been received, the buyers commission can begin. If the buyer has not confirmed the start date or made payment within 7 working days from the date of confirmation email, the buyers commission will be cancelled for non-correspondence.
(3) DEPOSIT / BALANCE: 50% upfront non-refundable payment is to be paid to the artist via PayPal. This payment covers the artists time spent communicating with buyer, purchasing art supplies, materials and for time spent working on the buyers commission. Another 50% payment is to be paid to the artist for completion of artwork, the buyer will be sent an email to be notified of completion of artwork and will be provided with a PayPal invoice to make final payment. Buyer must ensure they have final payment ready when the artist provides an invoice, the artwork cannot be sent until payment has been received. If payment has not been made within 7 working days from the date of invoice sent, the buyers commission will be cancelled for non-correspondence and the balance will be scrapped, the artist will have the right to reproduce, sell to someone else, use for marketing purposes or other.
(4) RIGHT TO CANCEL: The buyer has the right to cancel their commission within 24 hours from the date of request submitted, please notify the artist as soon as possible to terminate the contract. If payment has been made and the artist has already started the commission, the artist reserves the right to retain the 50% first payment.
(5) TIMESCALE: 1-3 weeks (per artwork). The artist does not accept rush orders, if the buyer would like their commission completed by a specific date, they will need to fill out the commission form way in advance. The artist likes to take their time on each artwork to ensure buyer satisfactory.
(6) APPROVALS: Sketch Draft Approval: Initial sketch drafts will need to be approved by the buyer before completion of artwork, approvals will be sent to buyer via email at low resolution with watermark.
(7) ARTWORK COMPLETION: Once artwork is finished and full payment has cleared, the artwork will be sent to the buyer.
